Shot by Cinematographer Karl Oskarsson ÍKS, Cheaters is a new drama that has been acquired by BBC. The story will be told in an eighteen-episodes through ten-minute chapters.
The series is written by Oliver Lyttelton (The Listener) and is about “A chance meeting after a cancelled flight leads to an unlikely night of drunken airport-hotel sex between two strangers in their late twenties, Fola and Josh. Both are already in relationships and unknowingly soon to be neighbours.”
Directed by Elliot Hegarty (Ted Lasso), Cheaters stars Adam Dean Ayadi (The Duchess), Susan Wokoma (Enola Holmes, Year of the Rabbit), Joshua McGuire (Lovesick, About Time, Misfits), Callie Cooke (Britannia, The Stranger) and Jack Fox (Riviera, Fresh Meat).
The comedy-drama from Clerkenwell Films airs February 8th and will be available on BBC One and iPlayer.
