MAXIMILIAAN DIERICKX SBC + NEW SIGNING

We are pleased to welcome Cinematographer Maximiliaan Dierickx SBC to the roster.
Maximiliaan joins with a solid body of work in both drama and commercials, and recently shot the opening block of northern noir detective drama Virdee, on location in Bradford, Yorkshire, alongside director Mark Tonderai.
His most recent feature, BXL, the debut feature of directors Mounir Ait Hamou and Is Ait Hamour, is released in January 2025 and tells the story of Tarek (Fouad Hajji), 26, and Fouad (Yassir Grief), 12 – the former dreams of emancipating himself through sport and the latter, vulnerable by a traumatic event, attempts to overcome the trials and tribulations of adolescence…
Other work includes feature Gangstas and Netflix Original series Soil, both directed by Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah, as well as The Forest directed by Julius Berg.
Maximiliaan hails from Belgium and is a member of the Society of Belgium Cinematographers (SBC).

    Maximiliaan opened noir inspired drama Virdee, shot on location in Bradford and directed by Mark Tonderai, shot feature BXL directed by Mounir Ait Hamou & Ish Ait Hamou and works regularly with directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, shooting drama Soil and feature film Gangstas.
