Costume Designer Buki Ebiesuwa styled the commercial for Nike FCB: The Ball Makes Us More, directed by Wally Pfister.
Commissioned to celebrate the brand’s 20-year partnership with the legendary Spanish football club, the 90 second spot salutes the team and the united identity of Catalans across the city, with its distinctive town planning referenced in squares populating the frame.
Produced by Smile, it stars football heavyweights Andrés Iniesta, Philippe Coutinho, Gerard Piqué, Sergio Busquets, Sergi Roberto, Ousmane Dembélé, Samuel Umtiti, Denis Suárez, Paulinho and Alexia Putellas, alongside cameos from Carles Puyol, Ronaldinho, Pep Guardiola and the late Johan Cruyff.
