NEW SIGNING + GABRIELLE SELLEN

A massive welcome to NEW SIGNING Production Designer Gabrielle Sellen! Gabrielle is a multi-talented production designer who is experienced working on big builds, practical special effects and immersive sets. Her work encompasses narrative films, commercials, music promos and installations.

Gabrielle worked on award winning short film Borscht. Directed by Vika Evdokimenko, the short was WINNER of the Uncertain Kingdom's Belief Grant and was Nominated for the Main Competition at the Slick Films Fund. It received it UK Premiere at the HollyShorts London Festival and was Officially Selected at re:PRESENT.

Other Shorts include; I Don't Need Adult Conversation (which was Officially Selected at the WFTV Festival, Cardiff Mini Film Festival and The Bay International Film Festival), Lagoon (which was a Semi Finalist at the BIFA: Kino London Short Film Festival, Nominated for 1.4 Awards and Officially Selected at British Short Berlin Festival, Athens Short Film Festival, Aesthetica Short Film Festival, LSFF, Drunken Film Fest Oakland and Shiny New Directors Festival).

Short Film By Any Other Name won multiple awards on the festival circuit, including Best Screenplay: Short at the Maverick Movie Awards, Best Short Film at the Top Indie Film Awards, Best Short Film at UK Offline Web Fest, Best of Fest at New Renaissance Film Festival, Best Drama at Hollywood Just4Shorts, Best Long Short at the Golden Nugget International Film Festival, Best Drama at the Dallas Movie Award Festival, and Best Short Film at International World Film Awards and International World Photography Awards to name a few!
