BIG BOYS SEASON 3 + CHARLIE GOODGER + ASHLING JOHNSON
Talent
Big Boys is back for Season 3! Cinematography by Charlie Goodger and Production Design by Ashling Johnson. Directed by Jim Archer and written Jack Rooke.
Big Boys stars Dylan Llewellyn (Derry Girls), Jon Pointing (Sweetpea) and Camille Coduri (Rain Dogs).
Season 3 hit our screens on Sunday 9th February and has received some fantastic reviews…
The Guardian: 5/5 Stars. "It's a beautiful, heartbreaking watch." "Sitcoms don't get much more deep and meaningful than this."
The Independent: 5/5 Stars. Big Boys' sucker-punch final season proves it's one of the finest British comedies of the past decade." "Only the rarest of comedic shows can manage that transcendent moment, where the quest for laughs is shelved in favour of some emotional existential even – truth. Think the final moments of Blackadder, the heartbreaking vigil of Seymour in Futurama, or the slow shot of numb surgeons after Henry Blake goes down over the Sea of Japan in M*A*S*H. It is comedy that exquisitely captures the interplay between light and dark, that begs us not to dispose too quickly of our feelings."
The Telegraph: 4/5 Stars. "A tender finale to stop you in your tracks."
