In preparation for the World Cup, ITV produced this promo designed by Tom Gander – FIFA World Cup 2018
Directed by Hauke Hilberg Tom designed and created a multitude of props that feature throughout the commercial. Various locations were dressed with one perfect location imperfectly smaller than necessary, resulting in Tom creating ‘marble’ plinths and statues at a third of the size to give the illusion of height and depth.
Tom is currently designing a short for director Ben Liam Jones (for whom he designed Sky Movies building a living room that evolves through a 25 year period and NatWest: Wedding).
