A huge welcome to NEW SIGNING Cinematographer Léa Taillefer! 

Léa is a London and Montréal based Cinematographer as well as a multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker and photographer. Léa works across music promos, drama, commercials and fashion content. Directors include Noel Paul (Friend), Vjosana Shkurti, Noémie D. Leclerc, Luca Piscopo, Aïcha Morin-Baldé and Laura Kamugisha.

Léa has shot many music promos, including Goodbye Karelle: Moonroad (directed by Karelle Tremblay) and Geese: Taxes (directed by Noel Paul) which was nominated for ‘Best Alternative Video – International’ at the 2025 UKMVA’s and is up for ‘Best Alternative’ at the 2026 VMA’s!

Léa has also worked on documentaries including, Alice (directed by Mélissa Savoie-Soulières) and Cueilli Sous Le Bananier (directed by Laura Kamugisha).
