God’s Own Country previews at the BFI on 22.08.2017 (+ Q&A with writer-director Francis Lee and actors Josh O’Connor and Alec Secareanu).
The debut feature from director Lee, God’s Own Country stars O’Connor as Johnny Saxby, a young Yorkshire sheep farmer whose life is turned upside down by the arrival of a Romanian migrant worker Gheorghe Ionescu (Secareanu).
