Susana Mota designed the hair and makeup for the series and Natalie Willis designed the costumes for episode one. The series is directed by Rosco 5 and features Mawaan Rizwan, Russell Tovey, Nabhaan Rizwan, Emily Lloyd-Saini and Shahnaz Rizwan.

Juice follows Jamma’s quest for attention as he navigates chaotic family dynamics and literally stumbles through love.

The series airs on BBC iPlayer on 18th September.

Susana Mota

Originally from Lisbon, Susana Mota is a London-based Hair & Make Up Designer working in film, TV drama and commercials for the past two decades. Some of her notable design credits include the feature Drift starring and produced by the Oscar-Nominated Cynthia Erivo and directed by Anthony Chen (which premiered at Sundance), BBC Three’s BAFTA winning Juice starring and created by Mawaan Rizwan, the feature A Cuban’s Girl Guide to Tea and Tomorrow starring Kit Connor produced by Tea Shop Films and Ace Entertainment US, as well as short film The Fall produced by Academy Films and directed by Jonathan Glazer.
